Welcome to Easysoftwares. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Easysoftwares website and the purchase of software licenses from us. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Easysoftwares is a Pakistan-based reseller of genuine software licenses for products such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Adobe, and other business software. We supply authentic license keys and activation support. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the software publishers whose products we resell unless expressly stated.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must verify your email address before signing in when email verification is enabled.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are re-calculated from our database at checkout — the price confirmed on the order is the price that applies. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order (including where stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected), and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details shown at checkout. After placing your order, send your payment and share the payment proof with us via WhatsApp or email. Your order is processed once we verify the payment. License keys are delivered by email and/or WhatsApp, usually within a short time of payment verification during business hours.

5. Licenses and delivery

• License keys are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a key has been revealed or delivered, it is considered used.
• You must use each license in accordance with the software publisher’s own license agreement (EULA).
• Keys are intended for the license type described on the product page (e.g. Retail, OEM, Volume, Subscription).
• Reselling, sharing, or duplicating keys beyond what the license permits is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping data, submitting fraudulent orders, or posting unlawful, misleading, or abusive content in reviews or other user areas. Reviews are moderated and we may remove content that breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Easysoftwares brand — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Product names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Warranties and liability

We work hard to supply genuine, working licenses and to describe products accurately. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
